Smoothies

Making smoothies.


My favorite smoothie: in a blender, combine 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 cup orange juice, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt, approx. 1/2 cup of fozen mixed berries, approx. 1/2 cup of frozen strawberry/mango/pinapple fruit medley, 3 to 4 cubes of ice. Blend on low to medium speed for several minutes until completely mixed. Serve and enjoy! :)

    oh I hope that is a smoothie or some fruity tropical drink and not some sludgy, horrible protein health drink

    I love everything about the smoothie ‘cept for the protein.

    A gallon of that stuff sits under a shelf beside me from 5 years ago. The smell is akin to bee pollen pellets.

    Great for the body (both bee pollen and protein) but I can’t get over the gag reflex on this one.
    I’d rather throw a cow in a blender that drink it.
